My resort was awarded this logo if :

The resort will take into account and try to improve the housing and living conditions of seasonal workers. Sufficient social housing are offered at a reduced price. Camper van parking spaces are available. The seasonal workers will also benefit from discounts or financial advantages on ski-passes, transport, nursery school services, etc.

We all face difficulties to find housing, buy food, find someone to baby-sit the kids, find a good day care. A seasonal workers’ status increases theses constraints. Some of them have to work under precarious living conditions. If resorts keep these problems in mind, these issues will not become a regular occurrence.
