The resort is involved in a continuous effort to improve sustainable development. The county is either committed in an Agenda 21 or has signed the national charter in favor of the sustainable development in the mountains (ANMSM). It has set-up its own committee for follow-up. Otherwise, a yearly meeting with the stakeholders is held. In this case a forum exists taking care of social matters between the employers and the seasonal workers in order to control and solve conflicts.
