My resort was awarded this logo if:

The resort encourages the construction of low energy buildings and promotes projects complying with LEED standards, zero energy houses, etc. and takes steps towards the construction of high environmental quality (HQE) renovations of buildings. At least one public building complies with these high standards and I may enquire as to which building is concerned and what the performance levels are. All the constructions benefitting from a building permit as of 01.09.2005 are in conformity with RT2005 standards. Information regarding energy consumptions is available from the county council.
