  • Environmental site management: Following of energy consumption and realization of insulation work and change of some equipments.

    Implementation of a plan to reduce energy consumption over 5 years with a minimum of 5% reduction per year. Sorting of wastes. One person responsible for the environment. All employees are trained to sustainable development, especially on raw materials and how to reduce the carbon footprint. 

  • Supply Chain: 97% of suppliers have “Oeko Tex 100” which means that control on toxic substances on textile were carried out. 

    One supplier has ISO 14001 certification. 

  • Certifications:  Actions have been implemented to reduce the consumption of fossil energy: buy of a new equipment and study to give up fuel for heating and steam generation.

    Actions on the reduction of waste materials: modifying the design of products to reduce waste yarn, best setting machines, best process. 

  • GHG emissions: A carbon footprint study has been realized in 2010 by Cycleco.

    Member of workgroup OSEIE woth the cluster Techtera in order to know more about how to calculate carbon footprint of fibres.

    Launch of a new range of product which uses polyamide made of renewable material with a carbon footprint reduced to 50%.

  • Durability:  Products habe 2 years guaranteed. Definition of product specifications for maximum use of natural fibers / renewable / recycled.
  • Global Eco design process: Launch of 3 eco design ranges which use polyamide made of renewable material with a carbon footprint reduced to 50%: Greenvert Ski Rando and Running which represents 5% of sales.

    In 2012, LCAs were realized with OSEI and Cycleco.

  • Eco Design Actions:  Use of 10% per year is expected for natural materials and renewable development plans collection and use of fiber with a low carbon footprint: Wool and Greenfil ®

    3 products in the summer range are in organic cotton and one product was in linen.

  • End of life and recycling: Internal work on recyclability of materials including the impact of the fiber blend to create products easier to disassemble.
  • Non toxicity: 97% of suppliers are certified OekoTex100 which guarantee non toxic subtsances.  
  • Packaging & logistics: New packaging launched in 2008/2009 have smaller packaging in carboards .
