- AND: After identifying local stakeholders, the company has met-up with and set-up an ongoing discussion with them. The company will take into account local stakeholders issues that could be affected by it's decision.
- OR: The company funds a foundation to help local communities, youth programmes, help for disadvantaged communities programmes, etc. Details of the programmes supported are provided, as well as budgets (in % of annual turnover and in $ or € value).
- OR: The company has set-up innovative programmes to enable it's employees to participate in support programmes and or charities and NGO's.
